I saw a snippet of it showcasing at Blockbuster the other day. It is a cartoon and the setting was in a school. One of the characters was a girl duck who was buck-toothed and had pigtails. She was really dorky looking. Any idea what movie that is?

It's "Chicken Little". The character you are talking about is Abby Mallard voiced by Joan Cusack. I actually thought that was a pretty good movie, surprisingly.
