I really need positive feedback or help?

i recently moved and have been talked about ever since. i have really messed up teeth and have been ridiculed about it ever since. its been about months now and i cant take it. so i told my mom i want to move back to my dad. i am in about 3 months but i dont think i can last that long without good friends. everyone here is so mean so i tried finding the nicest friends and even those friends put me down about my teeth too. its so hurting and ive started to think sucidal thoughts. now my mom is making me feel bad for moving back and then she acts happy that im moving back too. i have told her so many times to take me to the dentist but she never does. what do i do.


i seem to get happy for maybe a day but something always tends to keep me down after


and its not like we are poor.my mom just got her legs permanently shaved or something which is 6-7 thousand bucks. she just never takes the time out of her day to set me a dentist appointment .

How old are you? Why not just make the appointment and go to the dentist yourself? When you arrive for the appointment and they ask about your mom just tell them she is at work or whatever. Then when you bring home all the information you can sit her down and tell her exactly what she has to do to help you achieve your dream of having a healthy and pretty smile.





If you don't think you can do this then try going through your school counselor or if there is a school nurse and ask them to help you get your mother's attention by requesting a meeting at school. The sheer embarrassment your mother appearing to look neglectful of her daughter will pull her head out of her butt and get her on the phone with a dentist so fast her head will spin!

Reply:If it's really important to you (and it sounds like it is), you should tell your mom that you'd like to have a serious talk with her. Sit her down in a place without distractions (other people, TV, radio, etc). And talk to her seriously about it, in an adult fashion. If you need to, make a list beforehand of why you feel it's a good idea for you to go to the dentist. Try not to attack her personally, as that generally puts people on the defensive and tends to make them less receptive to other's requests, etc. If that doesn't work, try the same talk with your dad.

If someone teases you about your teeth, just ignore them. Or you could say, I'd rather have my teeth than your face.





Wouldn't it be ridiculous to think about suicide when you can get your teeth fixed? If not now, soon. Just think that there are others in worse situations than you.
Reply:I feel for you, but you should be more confident and don't let those comments get to you. People who make fun of others , don't feel all that good about themselves. Ignore those idiots.


On fixing your teeth problemooo, ask your dad about taking you to the dentist. OR you could ask your dad into talking your mom into taking you to the dentist.

Reply:I wish your mother could read this! People are so rude sometimes, we get ridiculed for not being perfect like them! We have no controll over what we were born to look like! I truely think some of the better people on this earth or ever have been were not the beautiful people, because it is whats in your soul that matters! Do not let these people get you down, instead let them make you stronger! Know this, God loves you and is with you every moment! Depend on his strength to be your strength! Find some one who is close to you, like an Aunte or friend and confide all this with them. Someone has got to get this through to your mother or father so you can have your teeth fixed! They can be fixed and she can afford it! There are dentist schools that might do the work for a fraction of the cost, you might get it in motion on your own! I know how cruel people can be, don't let the jerks of this world do anything except make you stronger! Please email if you would like to talk about this!
